Terms & Conditions

   At Logotec Construction, Inc. we want to make working with us as easy as possible. To avoid confusion we have only one rate, $150.00 per hour.  The rate includes modeling, meshing, CPU time and consulting time.  We will not begin a project without a clear statement of work agreed to by both parties.  We can charge either by the hour or on a set fee basis. However, payment is due in full when the project is complete. Depending on the scope and duration of the project, we may require some advanced or ongoing payments.  Except in very unique circumstances where esoteric software that we do not have is required, the cost of all software used for the project is included in the overhead rate. In those cases Logotec Construction, Inc. will inform the client before any work is started. Logotec Construction, Inc, warrants that we have valid license agreements for all third party software used to solve your project.   Logotec Construction, Inc. unconditionally guarantees all work performed. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the effort, you do not pay!
